Currently i am sitting on my front porch...with my dog and listening to a little band named Down. It's feeling pretty awesome out thats for sure. It's kinda weird how warm 80 degrees feels after months and months of freezing weather. Anyways, I've been getting really into night photography here in the past couple weeks. I'm not sure what draws me to it but something does. When you go out you got a general idea of what your shot might look like but you cant really be sure. Every time you go out shooting you want to be on the look out for new techniques on how to do things. Whether that is learning how certain lighting can help capture the certain mood your after or where shadows fall into play. Tiny elements such as foreground or background objects appear. This learning process is escpecially true for shooting at night. Each time you learn more about what certain lighting will do to an object. Overall its just a fun time.
